GRAZIA CARLONE
Senior music business consultant and strategist with +10 years of international experience in music business and tech.
She managed teams and led campaigns for independent music distributors (La Cupula Music), music SaaS (SonoSuite) and major labels (BMG Iberia and Italy).
She worked for Backstreet Boys, Angelina Mango, Francesco Guccini, Louis Tomlinson, Kylie Minogue, Rita Ora, Amparanoia among many others.
She is manager of Laura Marchal and Willy Fuego, Director of “Compásñeras” a music festival promoting female artists visibility, flamenco and world music and gender intersection within the music industry.
SILVIA VECCHINI
Senior Event Producer, Project Manager and Digital Business Operations with over +10 years experience in the events and tech fields management.
She has worked on international projects for MTV, Red Bull, Universal, Brunch Electronik, Andrea Bocelli among many others as well as leading operations for music technology start-ups.
With executive training (including an Executive MBA from ESADE), she combines business vision, flexibility and an innovative approach to make things happen.
